ResumeAI provides AI-powered resume screening software that allows recruiters to upload job descriptions and candidate resumes for automated scoring and ranking. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must create an account to use ResumeAI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree to use ResumeAI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics, violate any applicable employment laws, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
By uploading resumes and candidate data, you confirm that you have the right to process this data and that your use complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial periods except where required by law.
ResumeAI uses artificial intelligence to score and rank candidates. These scores are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated assessments.
ResumeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
