We use your information to provide the ResumeAI service, process payments, send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, password resets), improve our AI models, and communicate product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Resumes and candidate data you upload are processed solely to provide the screening service. This data is stored securely and is not used to train our AI models without your explicit consent. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
We share data with: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and storage), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Resume data and screening results are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, and row-level security ensuring users can only access their own data. We conduct regular security reviews.
